This is a double cd set. Disc # 2 features remixed versions of the songs on Disc # 1.

‘The Purity’ – Electronic pop music rarely sounds so warm! Her voice is like crystal but she still manages to show emotion and depth with it. A gorgeous track that you’ll play over and over again!

‘Quiet Alone’ – A descending & mellow song that you’ll want to listen to in complete darkness. With its gothic undertones & velvet melodies, it’s a haunting masterpiece.

‘Follow Your Heart’ – Inspirational & uplifting. Another gorgeous track.

‘No Understanding’ – A song that breaks your heart gently and is pretty at the same time. This song is a good example of how Genika's lyrics can create mental movies, not just images, in your mind as you're listening.

“He left us, it was clear to see
The questions and no real answers
Confusing, all the time rejected
Try so hard to piece it all together”

Climb into a comfy chair and close your eyes as you play the soothing sounds of ‘Calling Out’, ‘Safe Alive’, and ‘Off Course’.

Disc #1 ends with 'Birds Shatter', a song with fluttering drums and interesting melodies.

Disc #2 (Remixes):

As expected, the remixed versions of the songs are more danceable - working out quite well for even for the more emotional tracks.

‘Purity’ is excellent remix! ‘Follow Your Heart’ is an interesting take - it showcases very little vocals but turns out quite well.

‘No Understanding’ starts out dark but the bright light quickly shines in. This particular remix is especially luscious.

I personally prefer the remixes for ‘Slipping Away’, ‘Memories Of You’, and ‘Limitless’ over the original tracks by the same name.

I was disappointed in the remix for ‘Birds Shatter’... but remember, that’s just one song out of a 2 disc set!
